Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
• The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
• You must provide a valid reason for the return (e.g., ordered incorrect product, change of research scope).

Note: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to eligible returns to cover handling and quality assurance verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and strict quality control protocols, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Products where the vacuum seal has been broken or the vial has been opened.
• Products that have been improperly stored by the buyer (e.g., exposed to excessive heat, light, or moisture).
• Custom-synthesized peptides or special bulk orders.
• Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We meticulously inspect and securely package all orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.

To claim a replacement or refund, you must:

• Contact us at info@lancashirepeptides.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number in the subject line.
• Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging, the product label, and the contents.

Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement immediately or process your refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns (e.g., buyer's remorse or incorrect item ordered by the buyer), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement for a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
