Once a tracking number has been generated and sent, orders cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Physical transit damage or transit errors must be flagged within 48 hours of carrier delivery.

Peptides require precise storage controls. Shipped items are entirely non-returnable.

Tracking & Cancellation Policy

We utilize an automated order fulfillment sequence to ensure research materials are dispatched as swiftly as possible. Because of this workflow, we enforce a strict policy regarding order alterations:

Once tracking information has been generated and emailed to you, the order is locked. No refunds, returns, or cancellations can be issued under any circumstances.
If you wish to cancel an order, your request must be received and processed by our team before the tracking information is distributed.

Why Shipped Peptides Cannot Be Returned

Due to strict laboratory compliance and cold-chain/environmental storage protocols required for high-purity peptides, we cannot accept physical returns of products that have already left our control.

Once an item is handed over to the courier, we can no longer guarantee that its temperature, light, and climate thresholds have been adequately preserved. To maintain the structural purity of the stock delivered to all researchers, all sales are final once shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While shipped orders are non-refundable, we will resolve errors caused during transit or packing. If you receive an item that was physically damaged during shipment or is completely incorrect:

Contact our support desk at info@lancashirepeptides.co.uk within 48 hours of the carrier delivery stamp.
Provide your order number along with clear, unedited photographic evidence of the damaged package/labels.

Verified delivery damages or omissions will be corrected immediately via a standard product replacement.
