Shipping Policy

Order Tracking & Dispatch Status

Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse facility, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the status and real-time transit details of your delivery through the designated courier portal.

Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. We process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

• UK Mainland: 1–3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent courier.
• UK Highlands & Islands: 3–5 business days.
• International Shipping: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions or customs inspections.

Discreet & Secure Packaging

We understand the importance of privacy and product integrity in scientific research. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded, and tamper-evident packaging. There are no external labels, logos, or descriptions indicating the contents of the package. Peptides are securely sealed to maintain stability during transit.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, occasional carrier issues may arise. If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.

To expedite the resolution, please provide:

• Your order number.
• Photographic evidence of any damaged packaging or contents.
• A brief description of the issue.

We will investigate the matter with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by your local government. Lancashire Peptides is not responsible for these charges, nor for delays caused by customs inspections. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws regarding the importation of research chemicals.
